Hot-dip galvanized outer hexagon bolt

The difference between galvanized bolt A and stainless steel boltGalvanizing is a metallurgical reaction process. From a microscopic perspective, the hot-dip galvanizing process involves two dynamic equilibria: thermal equilibrium and zinc iron exchange equilibrium. When steel workpieces are immersed in molten zinc solution at around 450 ℃, the workpiece at room temperature absorbs the heat of the zinc solution. When it reaches above 200 ℃, the interaction between zinc and iron gradually becomes apparent, and zinc infiltrates the surface of the iron workpiece. As the temperature of the workpiece gradually approaches the temperature of the zinc solution, alloy layers containing different ratios of zinc and iron are formed on the surface of the workpiece, forming a layered structure of the zinc coating. Over time, different alloy layers in the coating exhibit different growth rates. From a macro perspective, the above process manifests as the workpiece being immersed in zinc liquid, causing the zinc surface to boil. As the zinc iron reaction gradually equilibrates, the zinc surface gradually calms down. When the workpiece is raised to the zinc liquid level and the temperature gradually drops below 200 ℃, the zinc iron reaction stops, the hot-dip galvanized coating is formed, and the thickness is determined.
