Vacuum pressure gauges and vacuum gauges are used to measure the pressure or negative pressure of non-crystallizing, non-solidifying liquid, gas or steam media that has no corrosive effect on steel, copper and copper alloys and no explosion hazard.

The shock-resistant vacuum gauge is used to measure the negative pressure of non-corrosive and non-crystallizing media under vibration and pressure fluctuations.

Electric contact pressure vacuum gauges and electrical contact vacuum gauges measure the (pressure) and negative pressure of copper and copper alloys, non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-crystallizing, non-solidifying liquids, gases and other media. When the pressure reaches a predetermined value, with the help of the contact device , can connect or disconnect the control circuit and send out electrical signals at the same time.

The electric contact pressure vacuum gauge is used to measure the pressure and negative pressure of copper and copper alloy non-corrosive, non-explosion hazard amorphous non-solidifying liquids, gases and other media. When the pressure and negative pressure reach the predetermined value, the magnetic electric contact is used The device can connect or disconnect the control circuit

Specification distinction

Pressure gauge threads are divided into metric, imperial and American systems.

1. Metric system:

M20×1.5

"20" means that the diameter of the threaded part of the joint is 20mm;

"1.5" means that the distance between threads is 1.5mm;

“M” represents a pipe thread with a cusp angle of 60°;

under normal circumstances:

The connecting thread size of φ40 is M10×1;

The connecting thread size of φ60 is M14×1.5.

The connecting thread size of φ100 and φ150 is M20×1.5;

2. Imperial system:

G1/2″

“″” stands for inches 1″=25.4mm

"G" represents a non-self-sealing pipe thread with a cusp angle of 55°

“1/2” is the diameter of the connecting pipe, generally: G1/2”

Generally, φ100 and φ150 use this thread G1/4", and φ60 uses this thread G1/8, G3/4, G3/8, ZG1/2 (R1/2), "ZG" (R) represents the cusp angle It is a 55° non-self-sealing tapered pipe thread.

3. Made in the United States:

1/2″NPT “NPT” stands for self-sealing spinal thread with a cusp angle of 60°.
