Basic content of operating procedures for high-speed disperser

The operating procedures for high-speed dispersers mainly include the following parts:

Preparation before operation:

Check if the high-speed disperser is working properly, including whether the knobs, buttons, power cords, etc. are connected properly.

Clean the high-speed disperser, rinse the inner and outer walls and impeller with clean water, and then wipe them clean with 95% alcohol.

Ensure that the high-speed disperser is in a horizontal state.

If not used for a long time, perform a weak start half an hour before starting up, and wait for the machine to run smoothly before proceeding with the operation.

Operation steps:

Add the sample that needs to be dispersed into the disperser (cup), taking care not to exceed 60% of the cup volume.

Select the appropriate impeller and fix it on the main shaft.

Connect the cup to the spindle seat and ensure a tight connection.

Cover with a protective cover and secure in place to prevent sample splashing.

Turn on the power switch and adjust the high-speed disperser to the desired speed.

Turn on the directional knob to rotate the impeller in the specified direction.

Wait for the impeller to rotate at high speed and start the dispersion operation. During the operation, attention should be paid to keeping hands away from the rotating impeller, and the cup should continuously move up and down to ensure that the sample is evenly dispersed. If any abnormal situation is found, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated before proceeding with the operation.

After turning off the high-speed disperser, it is confirmed to have stopped after inspection, and then the cup is removed and the sample is taken out. Clean the disperser (cup) and spindle.

Safety precautions:

Overloading is not allowed during operation to avoid endangering equipment and personnel safety.

It is prohibited to dismantle or replace the internal components of the high-speed disperser at will.

Confirm that the power supply of the high-speed disperser is grounded before use to ensure safety.

During the operation of the high-speed disperser, it is not allowed to stop, open the cover, or touch the impeller with hands without authorization.

If any problems are found with the power cord, the power should be turned off and the power cord should be unplugged in a timely manner, and maintenance personnel should be notified for repair.

It is prohibited to operate without being familiar with the operating procedures and equipment operation methods.
