The WSR 800 series Smart Glass Installation Robot represents cutting-edge technology in the field of glass installation equipment. Designed by our company, this robot integrates a range of features including gripping, walking, lifting, tilting, and automatic rotation, providing a versatile solution for various glass installation tasks such as curtain walls, windows, decorative panels, concrete walls, marble, and other facade materials. Compared to conventional glass cranes or large lifting machinery, the WSR 800 series offers a compact and agile alternative, thanks to its distance measuring capabilities, anti-tip safety systems, and optional wireless remote control, which allows for single-person operation. With two high-capacity batteries powering it, this machine can run continuously for up to 8 hours without interruption. Furthermore, the robot's compatibility with engineering lifts enables indoor glass curtain wall installations, boosting both efficiency and safety. The WSR800L model specifically features a 4.6-meter extendable load arm with six sets of 400mm diameter vacuum cups, capable of handling up to 800kg of glass sheets. Its ability to tilt, rotate, and move laterally ensures precise adjustments for each glass sheet's perfect fit, all controllable by a single operator through a wireless remote.
