The cylindrical gear reducer motor is an innovative design that integrates the cylindrical gear reducer and motor into a single compact unit, ensuring that the motor axis and the output axis are nearly perfectly aligned. This product is identified by the "R" series designation. Its key features include:

Notably, the output shaft of the "R" series reducer is a solid shaft, which precludes the possibility of hollow shaft output installations.

When selecting a gear motor, it's essential to consider the working machine and apply a suitable service coefficient. Factors such as transmission ratio, installation form, motor junction box location, and other technical specifications must also be taken into account.

The "R" series gear motors come in various standard models, including R17, R27, R37, R47, R57, R67, R77, R87, R97, R107, R137, R147, and R167, each tailored to different applications and requirements. The transmission ratio spans from 3.55 to 280, offering flexibility in matching the motor to specific operational needs.

In conjunction with "K" series and "F" series gear motors, the transmission ratio can be further expanded, enhancing versatility. The maximum transmission torque capacity is rated at 18,000 Nm, providing robust power output capabilities.
