Cold-rolled steel coil (CR Steel Coil), also known as cold-rolled coil, refers to the steel strip that is directly rolled into a certain thickness with a roll at room temperature and rolled into a full coil with a winder. Compared with hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils have a brighter surface and a higher finish, but produce more internal stress, and are often annealed after cold-rolling.
Cold-rolled coils are made of hot-rolled coils, which are rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plates and coils. Among them, those delivered in sheets are called steel plates, also called box plates or flat plates; those delivered in rolls are called steel strips, also called coil plates.
Common size of cold rolled coil: thickness 0.2-4mm, width 600-2 000mm
Grade: Q195A-Q235A, Q195AF-Q235AF, Q295A(B)-Q345 A(B); SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, ST12-15; DC01-06
