The J700 heavy duty retainer assembly is a two-coil retainerwhich grips the pin much tighter than the standard pin and retainer. This coil-spring retainerabsorbs side loads and eliminates retainerspread. Our meticulous system design reduces pin-walking in applications where tip life is very long, pin and retainerwear has occurred or tip-side loading has caused retainerspreading.
