TBM & Shield Cutting Ring available in three grades—JLDQ001, JLDQ002, and JLDQ003—these rings are suitable for rock hardness ranging from 40MPa to 240MPa (See the table below), meeting the requirements of diverse working conditions.
Carbide Button Inserted Cutting Ring:
Designed for moderately weathered composite formations, the high-performance carbide buttons ensure longer excavation distances, extended service life, and reduced replacement intervals, improving overall work efficiency of tunneling tools, especially XTC TBM cutter.
