F43CX Fan Blind Valve (long series)

This series of fan blind valve is also called eye valve, flap valve, fan valve, which is a reliable equipment for cutting off gas medium required by GB6222-86 "Industrial gas safety Regulations". It is used in the gas medium pipeline system of industrial and mining enterprises, municipal and environmental protection industries, especially for cutting off toxic, harmful and flammable gases. It is also suitable for the blind plate of the pipeline terminal to shorten the maintenance time or facilitate the connection of the new pipeline system.

Structure characteristics and application of F43CX Fan-shaped blind valve

The F43CX manual sector blind valve is a long construction series. The valve is equipped with an expansion device, which is generally used in long pipelines to compensate the axial displacement of the valve body generated during the valve opening and closing process and reduce the opening and closing torque of the valve. (Note: Can not be used as pipeline compensator).

The rubber sealing ring of the valve is installed on the valve plate, and it is convenient to replace the sealing rubber ring. According to the characteristics of the large diameter valve, the valve body adopts a triangular structure to strengthen the overall rigidity of the valve.

Precautions for installation and operation of F43CX fan blind valve

A. The axial displacement of the left and right valve body should be 16-20mm when the fan blind valve is opened. Therefore, the pipeline in the valve opening and closing process should also have the elastic deformation or displacement to meet the above displacement, it is recommended to install in the following form. In order to ensure that the external force of the channel does not act on the valve, the installation position is not specified.

B. Rotate the three connection screws counterclockwise with a wrench to separate the valve body from the valve plate and have a balanced and appropriate clearance (16mm), and turn the valve plate to the working position after confirmation. Reverse rotation of the connecting screw, so that the valve plate and the valve body close contact, to achieve the purpose of sealing.

C, the rubber sealing ring shall not be adhered to the valve body or have hard friction to prevent damage to the rubber sealing ring and damage to the working performance of the valve.

D, when the left and right valve body is loosened, the medium should spill, in order to ensure safety, please close the gas butterfly valve before the blind valve when closing, and please use ventilation and other measures to ensure safety.
