How We Manufacture Toilet Paper?
The processing of toilet paper is generally divided into three steps, which are processed by automatic toilet paper rewinding machine, paper cutting machine and packaging machine.
1.Rewinding. Arrange big parent roll to the feeding unit of the automatic toilet paper rewinding machine, on the touch screen, input the data such as the thickness, tightness, number of sections, whether to add paper core tube and other required data, confirmed it, and then the rewinding machine starts to work. Automatic drilling, embossing, rewinding, sealing, cutting, sealing, and then processing into small rolls of long toilet paper. This is a work in progress. We can see the clear embossing and punching lines. If the rewinding quality is OK, then move to next step.
2. Cutting. Cut the long into finished toilet paper according to the desired length.
3. Packing. This step is putting the cut finished toilet paper into the bags to seal.
