GY-200P Tumble Dryer

GY-100/200P tumble dryer mainly composed by heat exchanger,rolling drum, driving system,exhaust system,framework and electric control system.Driving system is made of main motor,belt pulley,bead apex and bearing etc. parts.

Working principle: heat energy first created by heat exchanger which on top of the dryer,sucking hot wind into machine body through exhaust blower, then exhausted out of machine to warm up temperature inside the dryer.Main motor start decelerated motion through belt pulley and bead apex, and driving rolling drum for alternating positive and negative cyclical rotation,in order to invert clothes or fabrics inside rolling drum constantly, then through special steam straight spray pipe to eject steam to attain fast tumble and dry result.
