HIGH TEMPERATURE JIGGER DYEING MACHINE

High temperature and high pressure roll dyeing machine, from small batch machine to large capacity dyeing machine, superior

performance, strong cost performance. The main design model is three kinds: coil straight diameter φ800mm, φ 1000mm, φ

1200mm, the outer body is high temperature and high pressure cylinder body, working pressure is 3BAR, can reach 140℃

working temperature. There is a person φ150mm observation window on the operating side, and a safety switch is provided for

the opening of the pressure vessel. This model has similar extension function with the normal temperature rolling dyeing

machine. External high efficiency heat exchanger for rapid heating and cooling. The feeding cylinder is equipped with a

simulated liquid level measuring device, the process change of the dye can be supplemented immediately to the bath ratio.

Condensate is concentrated at the bottom of the cylinder and discharged through an automatic valve. The cylinder is moved on

a two-way guide rail, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. The outer cylinder is moved by the linear gear transmission of

the reducer.
