Rexroth Replacement Oil Filter

1.Brief Introduction

The 350LE(N) filter is suitable for direct installation into pressure piping. Most of them are equipped with upstream open-loop or closed-loop control units, to remove the mechanical powder as well as other mechanical impurities from the oil pipeline, which can prolong the system service life and is the ideal filter for petrochemical, chemical, power and chemical fiber industry.

2.Basic Components

Its basic components include a filter head (1), a screw-in filter bowl (2), a filter element (3), and a visual maintenance indicator (4). For filter elements with low differential pressure (= differential pressure code letter A), a bypass valve (5) is also included. Hydraulic oil enters the cleaning filter element (3) through port 1. Dust particles are filtered by the element and remain in the filter bowl (2) and the filter element (3). The filtered hydraulic oil then enters the hydraulic oil circuit through the port. The filter housing and all connecting elements are designed to safely absorb pressure peaks.

For the size 0160, standard equipment includes a drain plug (7). For the size 1000, the filter bowl is composed of two parts. Generally speaking, the filter is equipped with a visual maintenance indicator (4).

The electronic switching element is attached to the visual maintenance indicator and secured with a locking ring.
