【Introduction】 

      Infrared excitation printing ink is a kind of anti-forgery ink that is also called upconversion fluorescent ink . The printed or coated film layer is nearly colorless and transparent and it cannot be seen by the naked eye. This kind of ink requires the irradiation of infrared rays with a main wavelength of 980nm to be identified. It has good invisibility effect and extremely high anti-forgery performance. It is used for anti-forgery packaging and printing of all kinds of high-end cigarettes, wine, medicines, food and beverages, cosmetics, daily necessities and other famous brand products.

      1. Our infrared display ink has good invisibility effect, high color concentration, very obvious color development effect, and good printing transfer performance.

      2.  Our infrared excitation ink is suitable for screen printing, gravure printing, flexo printing and offset printing. When printing, try to use new ink rollers and new printing plates or special ink rollers and printing plates. If you use old ink rollers and printing plates, please clean them thoroughly to ensure good invisible anti-forgery effects.

      3. Our infrared excitation ink is suitable for substrates such as paper, plastic sheets, films, metal, glass, etc. There are UV type, solvent type and water-based type.

      4.  If the viscosity of the infrared excitation ink for screen printing is high during printing, solvents such as 783, anti-white water, DBE, and S150 can be added for screen printing; solvents such as ethyl ester, n-propyl ester, isopropyl alcohol, butanone, etc. can be added for gravure printing; Water-based flexographic printing can be diluted by adding water, alcohol, ether and other solvents; offset printing can be diluted by adding appropriate high-boiling point kerosene or ink-adjusting oil; UV printing can be diluted by adding UV diluent. If you feel that the color density is high and the imprint is too obvious, you can add 10-20% diluent or ink-adjusting oil.

      5. Our infrared excitation ink can also be combined with anti-forgery solar color-changing ink, anti-forgery fluorescent ink, etc. to achieve multiple anti-forgery effects.
