The production process of glass perfume bottles mainly includes the following steps:

1. Design and mold preparation: First, according to the designer's design concept and market research results, the shape, size, decoration and other details of the perfume bottle are determined. After that, the corresponding metal mold is made according to these designs.

2. Raw material preparation: The main raw material is quartz sand (silicon dioxide), and auxiliary materials such as limestone and soda ash are also needed to improve the performance of glass, such as lowering the melting point and increasing transparency. After these raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion, they are sent to the furnace and heated to about 1500°C until they are completely melted into a liquid state.

3. Molding: Liquid glass flows into the preheated mold through the nozzle, and then cools and hardens to form the desired shape. This process can be completed by blowing, pressing or rotational molding. For complex perfume bottle designs, multiple processes may be required to achieve the desired effect.

4. Finishing: Including cutting, grinding, engraving and other processes to make the bottle surface smoother and more beautiful and increase its artistic value. Sometimes colors or patterns are added to the bottle body, and this step usually involves spraying or screen printing technology.

5. Coating treatment: In order to enhance the protection of the perfume bottle and prevent ultraviolet rays from affecting the ingredients in the perfume, a layer of special material will be coated on the inner wall. In addition, functional layers such as anti-fingerprint and anti-scratch can also be applied on the surface.

6. Assembly and inspection: Assemble the processed glass bottles with accessories such as nozzles and caps, and conduct strict quality inspections to ensure that each perfume bottle meets the standard requirements.

7. Packaging and transportation: Finally, qualified products will be carefully boxed and packaged, ready to be shipped to all parts of the world for sale.
