Technical Parameters:
As an example, taking coconut shell charcoal, the furnace specifications matched with the output are as follows:
1: Diameter 1.5m, Length 12m, Activated carbon production 1-2 tons per day.
2: Diameter 1.5m, Length 15m, Activated carbon production 2-3 tons per day.
3: Diameter 2.2m, Length 15m, Activated carbon production 3-4 tons per day.
4: Diameter 2.0m, Length 18m, Activated carbon production 4-5 tons per day.
5: Diameter 2.2m, Length 20m, Activated carbon production 5-6 tons per day.
It takes 2 to 3 tons of charcoal to make 1 ton of finished activated carbon.
Considering different raw materials, indicators of activated carbon, etc, the output may vary. Thus, if you could provide us with the detail information regarding the output and corresponding equipment, we will be glad to make an appropriate plan and arrangement for you.

Applications:
Activated Carbon: All Encompassing ApplicationsActivated carbon has a vast repertoire of applications.
In the chemical industry, it is used to activate catalysts and adsorb impurities from process materials. In gold recovery, activated carbon is used to adsorb precious metals from solutions. It is also used widely in the industry for water purification, to decolorize alcohols, and for exhaust gas and toxic gas filtration, such as in gas masks.
Some of its lesser known applications include blood purification and anti-scrapie treatments.
