Application of Sanitary Food Plate Heat Exchangers
1. Dairy product
(1) Milk cooling
Milk cooling, some customers use tap water and ice water to cool the milk, according to customer working conditions, the use of 6-hole multi-stage plate heat exchanger.   First use tap water to pre-cool, tap water is 10℃-11℃, and then use ice water to cool, ice water is -2℃, in the case of milk flow is 2t/h, can cool 35℃ milk to 3℃ (customer requirements).
(2) Making of ice cream
The process mainly includes material handling system, food plate cooler, aging cylinder, chiller, continuous freezing machine, ice cream filling machine, etc.   In the process of making ice cream, the plate cooler not only plays the role of heat exchange and cooling, but also plays the role of bacteria removal.
2.   Juice and beverage industry
The beer production process consists of five major processes: malt preparation, wort manufacturing, fermentation, filtration and sterilization, filling and packaging.   The hot wort produced in the saccharification workshop of the brewery is fed into the swirl sedimentation tank and precipitated to separate the hot coagulate for cooling.
Beer wort, the hot side is 100℃ beer wort, the customer requires the export temperature of 20℃ -32 ℃, the cold side is alcohol, the import minimum -5℃, the export below 15℃.   The other two are normal temperature tap water, which also uses a 6-hole food-grade sheet heat exchanger.
