GYTS-96F fiber optic cable

The GYTS-96F fiber optic cable features a unique structure. Single-mode fibers or multi-mode fibers are placed in loose tubes made of high water-blocking material. A metal reinforcing core is centered, surrounded by loose tubes and filling rope twisted together. The gap is filled with water-blocking filler. Corrugated steel tape (PSP) is wrapped and extruded with a polyethylene sheath to form the cable. With 96 fibers inside, 12 fibers per loose tube, and each tube filled with jelly compound, this cable offers excellent performance.

Loose tube stranding technology ensures good secondary excess length and allows fibers to move freely, reducing stress. Corrugated steel tape armor and a PE outer sheath provide crush resistance and gunshot resistance. A metal strength member enhances strain performance. The cable exhibits low dispersion and attenuation. Design and control of fiber excess length and stranding process result in excellent mechanical and environmental properties. The corrugated steel tape armor also provides moisture and crush resistance. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +60°C.
