Flexible welding rope is a kind of welding material, normally refers to CTC SCTC welding rope (Spherical Tungsten Carbide Welding Rope). GS110550N-1 is a 5mm diameter Cast Tungsten Carbide welding rope, made from mixture of CTC( Cast Tungsten carbide) and Nickel wire covered by self-fluxing Nickel alloy. The CTC is with good wear resistance; The Nickel alloy is in spherical or nearly spherical shape with good wettability and erosion resistance which allows the matrix could work under salty and damp environment. Mainly used in the manufacture and repair of rock drill industry.
