Tube end forming machine

The tube end forming machine creates a bulge shape at the end of the tube. For example, at the end of the automobile fuel delivery pipe, the bulge can play a role in limiting, sealing or enhancing the structural strength of the connection part; in the pipe connection of some hydraulic systems, the bulge can make the pipe end and the joint achieve a tighter and more stable fit to prevent the pipe from falling off. Implementation method and principle: It is usually completed using a special bulge mold equipped with a tube end forming machine. The mold generally consists of a punch and a die. After the pipe is clamped and fixed, the punch is squeezed toward the end of the pipe under the action of the power system (such as the pressure generated by the hydraulic drive or mechanical transmission). The pipe material flows and accumulates around under the restriction and guidance of the die, gradually forming a bulge shape. The entire process requires precise control of parameters such as pressure, stroke, and mold closing time to ensure that the size, shape, and position of the bulge meet the design requirements.
