5730MWC60K100L1W are one of the white SMD LED that package in 5730 SMD LED frame. Most of white SMD LED will be produce by phosphor converted lens, however, from the picture we can see, there do have a different between this 1W High Power LED with common white LED. In the middle of this white led, there are yellow color of LED chip inside, as long as we pass the current to light up this LED, the inside chip will light up to a white LED color with 5800-6300K color temperature. The phosphor converted just happend on the LED chip. In this way, we will got a perfect consistency so that we won't got so many bins when we done the production. Then we won't mass up with separated bins.
