PPGI producing line

Prepainted Galvanized Steel coil, also called pre-coated steel or color coated steel etc., is a kind of steel plate with organic coating, which has good corrosion resistance, bright color, beautiful appearance, convenient processing and molding, and has the advantages of the original strength of steel plate and low cost. PPGI refers to factory pre-painted zinc coated steel, where the steel is painted before forming, as opposed to post painting which occurs after forming.
The hot-dip metallic coating process is also used to manufacture steel sheet and coil with coatings of aluminum, or alloy coatings of zinc/aluminum, zinc/iron and zinc/aluminum/magnesium which may also be factory pre-painted. While GI may sometimes be used as a collective term for various hot dip metallic coated steels, it more precisely refers only to zinc coated steel.

Product application:
As prepainted galvanized steel plate has light weight, beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance, and can be directly processed, it mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry and transportation industry.
