Hydraulic Baler For Steel Metal Scrap
Working Principle：
Based on Pascal's principle, it works through a hydraulic system. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to operate, sucking in and pressurizing the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, and then transporting it to the hydraulic cylinder through the oil pipe. The high-pressure oil pushes the piston in the hydraulic cylinder, which in turn drives the pressure head connected to the piston to move. Under the action of pressure, the pressure head squeezes the metal scrap placed in the packaging chamber and compresses it into a package of a predetermined shape and size. When the set pressure value or compression stroke is reached, the pressure control valve in the hydraulic system will automatically adjust to maintain stable pressure and ensure the compactness of the package. Operation precautions：
1. Before starting the equipment: check whether the hydraulic oil level is within the normal range and whether the oil quality is good; check whether the bolts of each connection part are tightened and whether there is any looseness; check whether the electrical system line connection is normal and whether the display of each instrument is accurate; ensure that there is no debris in the packaging cavity, and the steel belt or steel wire of the strapping device is sufficient and installed correctly.Steel Baling Machine
2. During operation: operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures and do not change the equipment parameters at will. Pay close attention to the operating status of the equipment, such as the pressure of the hydraulic system, the movement of the pressure head, the working condition of the strapping device, etc. If abnormal sounds, vibrations or other signs of failure are found, the equipment should be stopped immediately for inspection and maintenance. 3. After using the equipment: clean the metal debris and debris on the surface of the equipment and in the packaging cavity to keep the equipment clean. Turn off the power supply and hydraulic system to release the system pressure.
