I. Introduction

For gas turbine, the importance of clean air is equal to healthy blood for human. Inlet gas quality and cleanness is precondition to improve turbine performance and reliability. Thus, the most efficiency method to assure gas turbine running is to remove dust from gas intake system.

IV. Function Test

Test the filter relationship between initial resistance and air capacity

Test the filter initial counting efficiency at rated air capacity

Test the filter initial arrestance efficiency and mean arrestance efficiency atrated air capacity

Test the filter dust holding capacity at rated air capacity

Test the filter relationship between mean counting efficiency, countingefficiency and dust producing capacity, arrestance and dust producingcapacity at rated air capacity dust holding process

Test the filter efficiency and arrestance on the filter media ( with filter media test unit)
