1.     Basic Introduction

The FMND filter is a high-performance inline filter widely used in hydraulic systems and other fluid systems to remove impurities from the fluid and protect system components from damage.

2.     Structural Composition

Filter Housing: With a built-in bypass valve and screw-in filter bowl, making it easy to replace and clean the filter element. 

Filter Element: Made of high-quality materials, including glass fiber and stainless steel wire mesh, providing excellent filtration performance and service life.

Connection Components: Offering multiple connection options, such as 1/2 to SAE DN 38, allowing users to choose based on actual needs.

Indicator: A clogging indicator monitors the clogging condition of the filter element. When the filter element is clogged, the indicator signals users to replace it promptly. When using electrical clogging indicators, the electrical power supply to the system must be switched off before removing the clogging indicator connector.

4.      Working principle

The FMND series filters filter impurities from the fluid through its built-in filter element. When the fluid passes through the filter, impurities are blocked by the filter element and accumulate on the filter element. With the increase of use time, the impurities on the filter element will gradually increase, resulting in a decrease in filtration effect. At this time, the normal working state of the filter can be restored by replacing or cleaning the filter element.

It can be used for mineral oils, lubrication oils, non-flam fluids, synthetic and rapidly biodegradable fluids.
