Applications of EVA Foaming Machine

1. Widely used in the fields of foam shoe materials, functional greenhouse films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.

2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content ranging from 5% to 10% are elastic films, etc;

3. EVA with a vinyl acetate content of 20-28%, mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coating products;

4. The content of vinyl acetate is between 5% and 45%, and the main products are films (including agricultural films) and sheets, injection molded and molded products, foam products, hot melt adhesives, etc.

1. Wire and cable. With the continuous development of computer and network engineering, people are increasingly using halogen-free flame-retardant cables and silane cross-linked cables for the sake of computer room security. Due to its excellent filler inclusiveness and crosslinkability, EVA resin is widely used in halogen-free flame-retardant cables, semiconductor shielded cables, and two-step silane crosslinked cables. In addition, EVA resin is also used to make sheaths for some special cables. The EVA resin used in wires and cables generally has a vinyl acetate content of 12% to 24%.

2. Toys. EVA resin is also widely used in toys, such as child wheels, seat cushions, etc.

3. Hot melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesive mainly composed of EVA resin is very suitable for automated assembly line production due to its solvent-free nature, non polluting environment, and high safety. Therefore, it is widely used in wireless book binding, furniture edge sealing, assembly of automobiles and household appliances, shoe making, carpet coating, and metal anti-corrosion coating.

4. Others. EVA resin is also widely used in fields such as ink, luggage, and wine bottle covers, with an estimated consumption of no less than 15kt in these areas.
