Non-asbestos beater sheet is a non-asbestos and solvent-free fiber composite gasket material which is composed of organic fibers including cellulose, non-asbestos mineral fibers, nitrile butadiene rubber binder and mixed fillers. The product is made through a Fourdrinier papermaking (i.e., beater addition) process. It exhibits good compressibility and crush resistance, and is recommended for sealing oil, fuels and water. It is intended for applications with intermittent maximum temperatures up to 180℃. Product size can be customized.
