We typically provide a quotation within 24 hours upon receiving your inquiry. However, for urgent requests, we will offer a prompt quote as soon as possible. Kindly let us know if your need is time-sensitive or has a specific deadline, and we'll expedite the process.
Can you do the design for us? 
Our team is capable of designing according to your preferences. To get started, please provide us with your ideas, specific parameters, or any design references (pictures, your logo, and desired text arrangement). Once we have this information, we'll expertly create a design and send you the finished files for your approval. 
What about the lead time for mass production?
The lead time for mass production varies based on the order quantity and the time of year you place your order. For minimum order quantities (MOQ), the estimated lead time is approximately 30 to 45 days. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend initiating your inquiry at least two months prior to your desired receipt date, considering seasonal fluctuations and production schedules.
