DL-110 sandwich dial

The Sandwich watch dial is typical dial for Panerai Watches. like sandwich in 3 layers, Bottom layer as basic, middle layer in Super-LumiNova C3 or bGW9, top layer is cutout numbers as hour markers. the cutout numbers are not just normal number we wrote. they are aesthetic writing.  6 and 9 are in same just opposite. number 3 is straight and curved combination. the bar markers with 2 ends in half round shape. the outstanding part is to make the cutout hour markers in precise work. exactly same as sample or drawing. it is done by mould. making A mould exactly same as drawing. And they are in white color in day time. then glowing green or blue-green light during night. it is very beautiful. pls see below photos. We also custom made watch dial acc to your drawing or sample.
