Fresh garlic from China is divided into pure white garlic and regular white garlic. Fresh garlic can be shipped from early June to early August. Fresh garlic can be stored at room temperature for about 2 months, so refrigerate the garlic bank. After being refrigerated for some time, the garlic can be sold again, from August to May of the following year.
