Planer knife is tipped carbide for blade, it uses high hardness (HRA88~90) and virginal fine particles of carbide, Our factory accumulate rich experince for welding, the finished product is seamless, without overflowing, relieving of internal stress, then processed with precise grinding machine. They are good working for a variety of hard woods. With the features of good red hardness, less than 400mm length Wood Planer Knives edge straightness error < 0.05mm. Besides, they are strong resistance to abrasion, sharp blade, smooth planed surface, no distortion and no crack.
In comparison of traditional ways, our Carbide Tipped Blade can work longer time, and reduce blade-sharpen frequancy, can save purchase and manual cost.
