Brazing diamond grinding head

Monolayer brazed diamond grinding wheel is a new kind of superhard grinding wheel. By using brazing technology, the chemical metallurgical combination of diamond grinding, solder binder and metal matrix interface is realized, which fundamentally breaks the binding of traditional grinding wheel binder to the physical packaging of grinding grains, and improves the holding strength of brazed diamond grinding wheel.  When the climbing height of the solder bond is maintained at 20%~30%, the high strength bonding of the grains can be realized, which is enough to meet the high speed or ultra-high speed and efficient grinding process of the grinding wheel with large load.  The grinding force, grinding temperature, grinding power and grinding specific energy produced in the grinding process are greatly reduced, which greatly improves the machining efficiency and the service life of brazing grinding wheel.  The chip tolerance space of brazing grinding wheel is more sufficient, which is not easy to be blocked and avoids the damage of the workpiece caused by chips. At the same time, the chip tolerance space can hold more coolant, which effectively reduces the temperature of grinding workpiece and avoids the phenomenon of burns.
