GCr15 cold drawn steel round bar
GCr15 steel is a high carbon chromium alloy steel with its versatility. In different heat treated conditions, this material can be used in various mechanical application. For example, GCr15 annealed steel bars can be easy to be machined. GCr15 quenched and tempered steel bars are suitable for applications requiring high hardness, high strength and high fatigue strength for wear resistance. We can also supply turned or peeled steel bar, turned steel bar, peeled steel bar, polished steel bar and centerless ground bar. All of the bars are bright steel bar with good surface quality.
GCr15 steel grade is produced by the vacuum-arc melting process, so this grade has good cleanliness and soundness.
GCr15 steel application:
Anti-friction bearings and rollers, Slitting rolls, spacers and knife blades, seals, sleeves, bushings, tools, dies, moulds, engine and hydraulic parts etc.
