Calcined Kaolin Package

TZJ-1(4000) is a medium particle- size grade with high brightness grade withintermediate oil absorption. It has good dispersing and suspension performance in oil and water systerm and can prevent paints from depositing.Wiith chemical inactive persormance and antireact to acid and and alkali,it is good to improve paint performance characteristics such as weathering rsistance ,scrub resistance and abrasion resistance. It also has a good barrier effect on 7- 25μm,which can be used to improve the mechanical properties of plastic products.

Kaolin has good compatibility with basic material, good dispersibility, high pureness,and strong chemical inertness, so that cable insulation materials'insulating property,mechanical property, processing rheological property, ageing-resistant performance

Us ing calcined kaolin as extens ion agent of titanium dioxide has become a frequently-used method for many systems. calcined kaolin is low in cost and excellent in performance (such as easy for color modulation, good dispersibility, good chemical stability, difficult of changing color), and easy for processing.

Used for improving air impermeability of rubberplug. Because of chemical inertness of kaolin, rubber ' s ageing resistance and chemical stability can be enhanced effectively,meanwhile,it can enhance color and coating strength.
