Anti-static Nylon6 Brush Bristles for Brushes

TaiHing has specialized in providing professional solutions in brushes industry over 37 years. We have a wide variety of brush filament, such as Nylon PA6/66/610/612/46, PBT, PP, PET, PS,PPS, PeekFil, biobased and biodegradable filament and so on. Our factory has 25 production lines and capacity exceeds 400 tons per months. We are able to provide over 4300 combination for customise product with different materials, colors, shapes, cross-sectionals, internal and external ingredients.

Nylon Filament PA6 with anti-static function can clean the dust on the accessory brushes. High temperature resistance of 220 ℃ to bear heat temperature working environment without filament deformation. Moderate softness and hardness of filament does not destroy the workpieces. Nylon Fiber PA6 can reduce the static electricity to prevent the electric sparks during the production. Good wear resistance and fatigue resistance of Industrial Brush Filament can work well on the mechanical components and workieces. Uniform diameter and straightness increase the filament tufting success rate.
