Nylon6/66 Hairbrush Filament are popular filament products used to produce hairbrushes and hairdressing electronic tools. Nylon Filaments have many outstanding features of heat resistance, wear resistance, good bending recovery and good toughness. Nylon6 Brush Bristle can bear 95℃ and nylon66 can bear 150℃ environment without filament deformation or breaking situation. Through adopting the authentic ball point technique, the end part of Nylon6/66 filaments are melted to form the single-headed ball tip or double-headed ball tip. Nylon ball tip filaments can solve the problems of filament dropping, while the ball tip fiber can improve the efficiency of tufting and reduce the production cost.
