C-33 Tonneau sapphire watch case

Now it is more and more popular for sapphire watch glass as we got more inquiries for it. not only Sapphire watch case, the sapphire glass is in big pupulaity too, even more quartz brands slogan is Sapphire glass for all watches. it is well-known by scratch resistant. nobody likes the watch in scratch. due the hardness of sapphire glass, Mohr 9, it is almost same hard as diamonds (Mohr 10) the hightest hardness material in the world. normally in glass industrial, these sapphire crystal are synthetic sapphire, not natural (for gemstone, jewelery making), processing these crystals to grind and polish to watch parts or watch case is not a easy job. tools for cut this hardest crystals are also costly. so the watch sapphire part or Watch case can't be cheaper. esp the Tonneau shape of watch case, it is extremely high. nearly 2 times higher than round shape watch case. There are several holes on top glass and bottom glass, drilling the holes is in the risk too. once there is break or crack, it ruins. for Tonneau shape still have the problem for radium process in each Corner and top and bottom glass. all these works are a difficult task for workers too. we have well-skilled workers in production over 10 years. 

due to the Sapphire crystal in more reflective than mineral glass, it requires AR coating inside of glass for better looking the time on watch.

if existing mold, lead time around 35-40days

if new mold, then lead time around 45-50ays

Yes, we can do it. first we make the drawing based on your case, after you confirm, then start making the sample.
