S420 steel is one kind of low alloy carbon steel grade with minimum yield strength 420MPa. S420 steel is widely used in structural engineering and construction industries. Except S420 hot rolled steel round bar, we can also produce cold drawn steel round bar, cold drawn square steel bar and cold drawn hexagonal steel bar.
S420 steel bar has various applications such as components as freight cars, transmission towers, dump trucks, cranes, trailers, bull dozers, excavators, forestry machines, railway wagons etc.
S420 steel grade normalized steel bars. To reach the basic steel mechanical properties of these materials or higher strength, the bars are required to be normalized.
