1045 tg&p precision steel round bars

1045 steel is one kind of engineering structural medium carbon steel with good machinability and high tensile properties. 1045 carbon steel is equivalent with EN8, 080M40, AISI1045, SAE 1045, 45#, JIS S45C etc. It is usually used to produce gears, bolts, nuts, axles and various kinds of shafts. 1045 steel we supply include 1045 steel round bar, 1045 steel square bar, 1045 steel flat bar and 1045 hexagonal steel bar etc. We can also do further processing on the bars to produce 1045 cold drawn steel bar, 1045 quenched and tempered steel bar, 1045 normalized steel bar etc.

1045 tg&p precisiton steel round bar is 1045 turned, centerless ground and polished steel round bar which is used to produce 1045 tg&p steel shafts. It has good mechanical properties, precision size and bright surface. The technical data:

Diameter toelrance: 0.02mm

Straightness: 0.5mm/m

Surface roughtness: 0.4um
