1.Q: What is the delivery time if order confirmed? 

 A:If sample order, normally we have in stock. If big order quantity, it will take about 15-20 days. 

2.Q:Do your products have CE/ROHS certificate? 

 A:Yes, we can offer the CE/ROHS certificated for you as to your requirements. 

3.Q:What about the warranty? How can i do if the lights are broken? 

 A:We offer 1 year warranty. If the lights get broken during the shipment, please send us the picture or video. We will confirm it and send suitable replacements to you as soon as possible. 

4.Q:What's the shiping method,shipping time? 

 A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express.which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. by sea:20-40 days; by air:5-8 days ;by express:3-6 days
