ASTM A193 Grade B7 Threaded Rod is a kind of high strength and heat resistant threaded rod manufactured from 4140/4142 quenched and tempered cold drawn steel bar for high temperature or high pressure service, used by the plumbing and contracting trade in maintenance departments to secure pressure tanks, valves, and flanges. We produce sa 193 grade b7 all threaded rod and full threaded rod.
ASTM A193 Grade B7 high strength steel rod threaded rod we produce is manufactured with rolled threads on round steel bar instead of cut, free from tears or tool marks typically found in cut threads. So the threaded rods are smoother and have less surface imperfections that may cause possible failure in severe service applications.
B7 threaded rod is the most economical and most common form of threaded rod and in high demand because of its high strength, excellent heat resistance and resistance to corrosion.
