How to make Guilloche watch dial?

Yes, it is Waffle guilloche watch dial. in the past, they were done by hand made for this pattern with Rose engine. one day maybe one dial only. some complex dials maybe need more time. Due to the industry fast development, Nowadays we have fast way to make it. to do this pattern in mould, for complete watch dial with platform with logo, indices, word foot. anything on the dial, need a platform for it, then after make the mould, use machine to punch the dial one by one. then do the balance working, sandbalst or other process for other secton. printing the logo, word foot or minute markers, the bar index filled with BGW9 carefully and number index filled with in red ink. then finally assembly them on the watch dial with strong glue. Still available with other waffle guilloche patterns dial, not straight line with curved or lozenge shape waffle. Please send your design. i will check it for you.
