RX ceramic filter plate is a large-area porous ceramic filter plate, which is fired using inorganic membrane preparation technology. It has a large filtration area, high strength, uniform pore size, and can be controlled according to actual needs. Using alumina as the base material, it has good acid and alkali resistance and can be cleaned by cyclic backwashing, acid washing, and ultrasonic cleaning methods to ensure that the filtration efficiency is not reduced during long-term use.

In response to the significant decrease in production after multiple ore suction processes, our company has developed a new type of membrane surface with a porosity of 55.60% and smooth inner walls of micropores. During the ore suction process, extremely small particles can pass smoothly, effectively reducing blockages. After long-term use and backwashing, the regeneration effect is obvious and the service life is longer, thereby achieving greater utilization efficiency of the surface and improving production and efficiency.

Among them, the RX series 8-square-meter ceramic filter plate is a large-area, low-energy, and environmentally friendly ceramic vacuum filter plate developed and manufactured by our company based on advanced design concepts from abroad, suitable for 144 square, 204 square, and 240 square ceramic filter machines. This ceramic filter plate follows the company's consistent new technology, fully meets the needs of large-area ceramic filter machines, and ensures the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Air pressure recoil test pressure (wet state): ≥ 0.6Mpa
