Blow-suction type Welding Fume Exhaust System is a ventilation air flow composed of blown air and inhaled air flow. Solution Principle

Utilizing the characteristics of welding fumes floating in the air of 4~8 meters high due to heat rise and gravity, the suction pipes are installed on a column with a height of about 4 to 5 meters on one side of the workshop, which are equipped with three layers of high and low suction inlets. The fan power of the dust collector effectively collects the dust floating on the upper part of the workshop. Set up blowing outlets on the dust removal pipes on the other side of the workshop to blow the purified air to the air to accelerate the air flow and promote the welding fume to flow to the suction inlets.
