GP07N is also named Tungsten Carbide Powder, which is a gray powder with composition of 73WC-20Cr3C2-7Ni.（73%Tungsten 20%Chrom Carbide 7%Nickel）The Thermal Spray Coating particle size is 15-45um. In addition, XTC Luoyang can also provide the PSD required by customers.  GP07N excels in creating dense, durable coatings with enhanced hardness (1000-1400 HV0.3), low porosity (<1%), and strong bonding strength (≥70 MPa). It is made from medium WC (3um). Its maximum operation temperature is 750 ℃.The WC based powder is produced by the process of agglomerated and sintered, which can make the coating more intensive and high bonding strength. Tungsten Carbide Coating has the superior oxidation resistance、corrosion resistance and toughness than Tungsten Carbide + Cobalt coating.

GP07N is also HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating, because it can be used by HVOF/HVA spray. The shape of powder is spherical. It is suitable for parts with higher wear and corrosion resistance requirements, such as gate valve, new energy industry(coal, oil, nature gas) etc.
