GP25CY is also named Chromium Carbide Powder, which is a gray powder. It is composed of 75%Cr3C2-25%CoNiCrAlY. The micron size is 15-45um. In addition, XTC Luoyang can also provide any PSD required by clients. It is made from medium WC. Its max. operation temperature is 1000 ℃(1832 °F).The chromium carbide based powder is manufactured by agglomerated and sintered, which can heighten the intensive performance and high bonding strength. Its coating micro-hardness is 895-1065HV0.3. And the bonding strength is 53MPa. The HVOF Powder has the excellent wear resistance, gas corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. And the coating has compact microscopic structure and high bonding strength.

GP25CY is also HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating. It can be used by HVOF/HVAF spray. The shape of powder is spherical.  It can be applied to general wear-out parts, like valve rod, furnace bottom roller in steel industry, blade, butt mill, saw teeth, oil drilling tools etc.
