Weft insertion machines are mainly used at technical textile fields for the production of industry fabric, e.g., backlit, interlining, geogrid etc. The main feature of the weft insertion machine is high efficiency via wide width of machine and wide band of weft yarn. The electric controlled system makes the operation efficient and accurate.  

 

Application:

The application of different yarn from mono polyester to fancy yarn which brings the unique feature of the fabric. Weft insertion machine gauge starts from E6 up to E32. The EL device make pattern changing extremely convenient and faster. 

we make weft insertion machine from 2bar to 4bar with wide width range from 130 inch to 290 inch. The concept of our machine is based on easy operation and high efficiency. Touch screen interface can record all the production data and fabric parameter which can be transferred via internet for better production management.
