Production introduction:

RS3-MSUS full-width weft insertion high-speed machine is composed of a warp knitting machine and winding mechanism, The warp knitting machine consists of a warp feeding mechanism and a weft laying mechanism. Warp yarn is yarn stored on the beam, through the warp-sending mechanism to the weaving area, the weft yarn is driven by the weft trolley, lining the weft clippers on both sides. It is transported to the warp knitting area via a chain mechanism, then woven into cloth by a certain weaving process. The whole system is controlled by a computer, driven by servo motors, the woven cloth is drawn by the traction mechanism and the winding mechanism to rolled up at a fixed length.
