Product Descriptions:

    Spiral welded pipe: it refers to rolling low carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel strip into tube blank according to a certain helix angle (called forming angle), and then welding the pipe seam to make it. It can produce large-diameter steel pipe with narrow strip steel.

    Spiral welded pipe is divided into double-sided submerged arc welding and single-sided submerged arc welding.

    The advantages of using spiral welded pipe are as follows: 1) As long as the forming angle is changed, steel pipes of various diameters can be produced with strip steel of the same width, which is easy to adjust. 2) Because it is formed by continuous bending, the fixed length of spiral tube is not limited, and the length can be determined at will. 3) The spiral weld is evenly distributed on the circumference of the whole spiral pipe, so the spiral pipe has high dimensional accuracy and strong strength. 4) It is easy to change the size, and is suitable for the production of small batches and multi varieties of spiral tubes. The weld of spiral steel pipe is longer than that of straight seam pipe of the same specification. Under the same specification wall thickness, spiral steel pipe bears greater pressure.

For liquid transportation: water supply and drainage. For gas transmission: gas, steam, liquefied petroleum gas.
