Pasta transfer pump--Lobe pump

Lobe pump is usual transfer equipment in bakery manufacture, to transfer pasta. It is very high viscosity medium , no flowability. So, V-inlet lobe pump is better for this. Considering different hooper, the V-inlet size can be depends.

Food grade rotor pump can be used for all kinds of medium, high viscosity and high solid content of material transportation. Lobe pumps are widely used in the production process of sugar, chocolate, dairy products, various syrups, concentrated fruit juice, jelly, yogurt, honey, ice cream, moon cake stuffing, flour slurry, soy protein, meat stuffing, condiments, tomato sauce, hot pot base material, bean paste and other food.

We are specialized in the production of rotor pumps and homogeneous pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
